What’s your favorite part about working at DRN ReadiTech? Here at DRN ReadiTech everyone is willing to jump in and help when it’s needed. The core values of a company tell you a lot about the culture of the workplace. Reliability, trustworthiness, teamwork, dedication, and giving back are all things we pride ourselves on.
What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know? I worked in childcare for 5 years before moving to North Dakota and starting my career at DRN.
What is your favorite piece of technology? My phone, but more specifically the camera on my phone. I love capturing pictures of my children and the magical moments that surround our everyday lives.
What’s your go-to productivity hack? Come up with goals and ways to achieve them. Then create lists of things I will accomplish throughout the week.
What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on so far? My favorite project is surprising our customers with a cold ice cream treat on a hot summer day. They appreciate it and it truly fills my cup. Dropping in to say HI and let them know we value them.
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day? After a long busy day, I enjoy cooking! I prepare supper in my kitchen, and I’m usually accompanied by my children who can’t wait for their plates to be filled. We enjoy supper together and all pitch in for the cleanup. Then we find out favorite spot on the couch with our blankets and snuggle.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? My superpower would be shape-shifting. Being able to adapt and change for different situations I encounter. I would get to dip my toes in new projects and experiences.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? The best advice I’ve received is- “Don’t sell, share opportunities!”
