An Update to our Clients –
As we continue to move forward during the COVID19 pandemic, DRN and ReadiTech remain deeply committed to serving you, our valued clients.
In North Dakota, our lives were turned upside down on March 16th when Governor Burgum closed educational facilities and then on March 20th initiated business closures in conjunction with a recommendation to social distance.
In the past 7 weeks, DRN and ReadiTech employees have been working hard from home to make sure your telecommunications needs were being met. Our technicians installed over 90 Internet connections within 10 days so many students could continue their educational experience online.
I am proud of our staff. They have met the challenge, answered thousands of phone calls and emails to support your technical questions, repairs and installs, and answer questions about bills and services offered.
Because we have proven to you that we can continue to provide you with excellent customer service while working from home and to do our part in slowing the spread, we have decided to keep our offices closed indefinitely. This is to protect you as well as our employees. We ask you, our valued clients, to continue to contact us through phone calls or email.
Your Board of Directors and management team are continually monitoring the situation. When data shows it is warranted, we will open our office doors to the public. In the meantime, we are busy planning many summer activities and hope to see you soon!
Take care and stay safe.
