Internship Information:

DRN ReadiTech was recently named by Prairie Business Magazine as one of the 50 Best Places to Work in the Northern Plains in 2019!  We are looking for a Sales Intern with excellent leadership, multi-tasking, and communication skills who loves technology, people, and embracing an ever changing technical landscape.  As a Sales Intern, you will gain a real life job preview of the of the technology industry and managed IT services business operations. Principle Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
  • Assist Sales team with cold-calling and prospecting to identify and nurture prospects resulting in new opportunities
  • Research & development projects
  • Updating documents and sales records
  • Education and hands on experience with ConnectWise software
  • Special projects as assigned by Sales Supervisor and Business Intelligence Manager
  • Exposure to ReadiTech Managed IT Services Operations
  • Education and hands on experience with ConnectWise software
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assist with daily administrative duties and all other duties as assigned.


  • Must be currently enrolled in college – Sophomore, Junior or Senior in one of the following areas: Information Services, Information Technology, Managed Information Services, Engineering or other related major
  • 2.5 or higher GPA preferred
  • Be able to commit to DRN ReadiTech for a summer internship beginning mid-May to mid-August (Extended internship opportunities available)
  • Must have a passion for technology, a great attitude, coachable and competitive
  • Comfortable following a defined sales process
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Be able to adapt to working in a professional setting
  • Be able to independently work through a project from start to finish with limited supervision, as well as have the skills to work collaboratively on a team
  • Have the vision to identify problems, make recommendations and provide creative and realistic solutions
